1. How can i get a quote?
Before quoting, we should have some basis info about the item. Basis info include the product dimensionst, material request, printed graphics, and quantity.
2. I am not sure the size, could you help to design it?
Yes. Tell us your products packing size and how you want display them, then we can design the detail size according to the showcase layout.
3. What is the solution if the products is broken receiving?
This case need to double check. When you received a broken showcase, please take some photos on the broken items, and send us immediately, we will double check, if it is broken before delivery, we will resend you freely.
4. Do you accept small order?
Yes, small order is available. But the price will be much higher, because we are factory manufacturer, and no matter how many pieces will be done, the machines need to lunch over.
5. How long for making sample?
Normally, it takes about 2-3 working days; but for big and complicated case, we may need 3-5 working days.
